The idea
Everyone knows what a Karen is: the person who demands the manager. We flipped it. Now there's a Karen on your side, and her name is literally an instruction: Sue. The joke is the brand.
The face
Sue, a friendly illustrated non-lawyer, drawn in a pose for every step (receipt, phone, folders, call, watch), so the product explains itself.
The voice
